Why At Ease exists:

Columbus is full of national pest control brands. Big call centers, rotating technicians, high-pressure sales tactics, and a different face at your door every time.

I started At Ease because I wanted to build something different — a local business rooted in the same community we serve. Our customers are our neighbors. That matters to us, and it shows in how we work. 
 

No upsells. No runaround. Just reliable, careful pest control that runs quietly in the background of your life. You shouldn’t have to think about it, chase us down, or wonder what was put in your home.

We’re not hands-off and we’re not in your face. You’ll hear from us before every visit, and after every treatment. If something needs your attention, we’ll let you know. Outside of that, we stay out of your inbox and let the service do its job. No weekly newsletters, no check-in emails, no noise.

 

Just reliable protection handled the way a good service should be — present when it matters, invisible when it doesn’t.

Our Process

Reach out through our contact form or give us a call. We’ll get back to you same business day, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. From there it’s simple:

A quick conversation to understand your home, your concerns, and what you’re looking for. No pressure, no upselling.

We Build Your Plan

We’ll match you to the right plan, confirm your preferences, and make sure everything is set before we schedule anything.

Your Initial Treatment

We come out for a full flush treatment — interior, exterior, yard, and garage. This is where your protection starts.

Ongoing Protection

We’ll be back within 40-80 days depending on your visit frequency. From there your plan runs quietly in the background.
